JaguarVPN Affiliate Programme — Terms & Conditions
By joining, promoting, or sharing your referral link/code you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must have a valid JaguarVPN account. One person or business = one affiliate account. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate.
2. Commissions
• Commissions are calculated on the **net** amount of a qualifying payment — the amount we actually receive **after** payment-processor and app-store fees (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Apple, Google). They are **not** calculated on the gross amount the customer paid.
• The commission rate, eligible packages, duration and any user-specific rates are shown on the affiliate dashboard and may differ by package, region or member.
• Commissions are credited to your JaguarVPN wallet in GBP after the qualifying payment clears.
3. Payouts
• Withdrawals are requested from your wallet and are **pending manual approval** by our team. A minimum withdrawal threshold applies.
• We may withhold, delay or reverse payouts we reasonably believe relate to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refunds or policy breaches.
4. Refunds & chargebacks
If a referred payment is later refunded, charged back or reversed, the associated commission is reversed and may be deducted from your balance.
5. Prohibited conduct
Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, misleading claims, bidding on our trademarks, cookie-stuffing, incentivised fraud, or any deceptive practice are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination.
6. Changes to the programme
We may change, suspend or end the affiliate programme, commission rates, rules, eligible packages or these Terms **at any time and without prior notice**. Continued participation after a change means you accept it. You will have **no claim or legal recourse** against us in respect of any such change, and we accept **no liability** for loss of expected or projected earnings.
7. Termination
We may suspend or remove any member from the programme at our sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms.
8. Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes due on commissions you earn.
9. Relationship
Participation does not create any employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between you and JaguarVPN / Stacklab X Ltd.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
