Refund & Dispute Policy

This Refund & Dispute Policy explains how billing, refunds and disputes work for the JaguarVPN service (the “Service”), operated by Stacklab X Limited (trading as JaguarVPN), registered in England & Wales (“we”, “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Use. By subscribing to a paid plan you accept this policy.
1. Try before you buy — free accounts & free trials
We deliberately offer a free account and, on eligible plans, a free trialso that you can fully evaluate the Service — its speed, servers, apps and features — beforeyou pay anything. Because you are given a genuine, no-cost opportunity to assess whether the Service meets your needs before any charge, paid subscriptions are sold on a non-refundable basis.
2. No refunds
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all payments for paid subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Stacklab X Limited (trading as JaguarVPN) and its officers, employees, partners and associated parties are not liable to issue any refund — in whole or in part — for any subscription period, including unused time, change of mind, or accounts terminated for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. No chargebacks or payment disputes
Because you have the ability to test the Service for free before purchasing, by proceeding to a paid subscription you acknowledge that you have made an informed decision and you waive any right to raise a chargeback, payment dispute or claim with your bank, card issuer or payment provider in respect of a validly incurred charge. Initiating a chargeback in breach of this policy is a breach of our Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.
4. You can cancel anytime
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- On cancellation, auto-renewal stops and you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current or any prior period.
5. Exceptional cases
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. Where a genuine, verified billing error or duplicate charge occurs on our side, contact billing@jaguarvpn.com and we will correct it. Any goodwill credit or wallet adjustment we may choose to offer is at our sole discretion and does not create an obligation to do so in future.
