Our broadband always crawled after 8pm and I assumed it was just the line. Turned this on out of curiosity and the difference was night and day — turns out our provider was throttling video. Films actually start on the first try now.

I am not a tech person and I expected a headache. Installed the app, tapped connect, done. I mostly wanted it for hotel wifi when I travel for work and it just quietly does its job. The auto-connect on unknown networks is the bit I like most.

Spent three months studying in Spain and half my usual streaming vanished. Connected to a UK server and everything was back to normal. Speed has been more than fine for HD the whole time.

I was getting a "prove you are human" box on nearly every site because of a shared address. Switched to a dedicated IP and the captchas basically stopped overnight. Worth it for that alone.

Two phones, a laptop and the telly all protected on one plan. Setup on the Fire Stick took a couple of goes but their guide walked me through it. No complaints since.

First server I chose was a bit slow, but once I switched to one closer to me the speed was excellent and has stayed that way. Would have liked the app to suggest the fastest one by default, hence four stars, but honestly very happy.
