Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 12 July 2026 · Version 2026-06
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the JaguarVPN applications, websites and services (the “Service”), operated by Stacklab X Limited (trading as JaguarVPN), a company registered in England & Wales (“we”, “us”). It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms of Use. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to this AUP.
1. The Service is for lawful, private use only
JaguarVPN is provided to protect the privacy and security of ordinary, lawful internet use. It is not a tool for anonymity in wrongdoing, and it must never be used for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction, the United Kingdom, or the jurisdiction where our servers are located.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Service, or allow anyone else to use your account, to engage in, facilitate or attempt any of the following:
- Accessing, hosting, distributing or streaming pornography or any sexual content involving minors (which we report to the authorities), or content that is obscene or illegal in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Connecting the Service to the Tor network, .onion / dark-web services, or using it to operate exit/relay nodes.
- Torrenting, peer-to-peer file sharing, or downloading/uploading copyright-infringing or pirated material.
- Hacking, cracking, unauthorised access, port scanning, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or any security breach of systems you do not own or have permission to test.
- Phishing, spoofing, fraud, identity theft, spam, or distributing malware, ransomware, viruses or other harmful code.
- Denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, botnets, credential stuffing, or network abuse of any kind.
- Harassment, stalking, threats, hate speech, terrorism, money laundering, sale of illegal goods or controlled substances, or any other criminal activity.
- Circumventing sanctions or exporting the Service to embargoed persons or territories.
- Reselling, sublicensing or providing the Service to third parties without our written permission.
3. You are solely responsible for your activity
You are solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account and connections. We do not monitor the content of your traffic and operate a no-logs policy; this means you, and not us, bear all responsibility and liability — civil and criminal — for how the Service is used under your account. Any legal obligation, claim, fine, or liability arising from your activities rests entirely with you, and you agree to indemnify and hold Stacklab X Limited (trading as JaguarVPN) and its officers, employees, partners and associated parties harmless against any such claim.
4. Enforcement — suspension & termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or refund, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account we reasonably believe has violated this AUP or the law, and to cooperate with law-enforcement and comply with valid legal requests. Where an account is terminated for a violation, no refund of any kind is due. See our Refund & Dispute Policy.
5. Reporting abuse
To report misuse of the Service, contact abuse@jaguarvpn.com. We will not be liable for any user’s violation of this AUP.
