Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026 · v2026-07.2 · Version 2026-06
What you may and may not do with the JaguarVPN service.
Effective: 2026-07-19
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of our Terms of Service. It exists to keep the Service fast, reliable, and lawful for everyone. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination without refund.
1. Lawful use
You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not use it to:
- access, store, or distribute material that is illegal in your jurisdiction (e.g. child sexual abuse material, which we report to authorities);
- infringe intellectual-property rights or facilitate large-scale piracy;
- send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages;
- distribute malware, ransomware, or engage in hacking, credential-stuffing, or unauthorised access;
- conduct denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or network abuse;
- engage in fraud, money laundering, or sanctions-evasion.
2. No abuse of the network
You must not resell, sublicense, or share your account beyond your plan's device limit, run public open proxies/exit relays on our IPs, or attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service's technical protections.
3. Fair use
Some plans include "unlimited" bandwidth for normal personal use. Sustained activity that degrades the network for others (e.g. commercial-scale scraping, continuous maximum-throughput seeding) may be rate-limited.
4. No-logs and enforcement
Because we keep no activity logs, we cannot and do not monitor what you do online. We act on AUP breaches only when we receive a valid, specific report or legal notice, and we respond proportionately (warning, suspension, or termination).
5. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to [email protected].
Prohibited activities
To protect our network and other users, you may not use the Service for:
- Copyright or trademark infringement — downloading, sharing or distributing pirated or unlicensed films, TV, music, software, games or other material, including via torrents/P2P of infringing content.
- Streaming or distributing pornography or any sexual content involving minors (the latter is reported to authorities without exception).
- Gambling or operating/facilitating unlicensed betting or gaming.
- Hacking, malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, DDoS or other network attacks.
- Fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any activity illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
- Harassment, threats, child exploitation, or promoting terrorism or violence.
Enforcement. We operate a no-logs service and do not monitor your traffic, but where abuse is detected or credibly reported we may suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately, without prior notice and without a refund, and cooperate with lawful requests. Please stay clear of the above so everyone keeps a fast, private, reliable service.
