Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and JaguarVPN Ltd. (“JaguarVPN”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales, governing your use of our VPN applications, websites, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if prohibited by applicable law.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions, billing & renewals

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (e.g. monthly or yearly).
• Unless cancelled, subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price; you can cancel anytime before renewal in your account settings.
• Payments are handled by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, NowPayments) or your wallet balance.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before changes affect you.

4. Cancellation & refunds

Where you are a UK/EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. By starting to use a digital subscription immediately, you acknowledge you may lose this cooling-off right once the service has been fully provided, to the extent permitted by law. Any additional refund terms we offer are described at checkout. Nothing here removes your non-excludable statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or infringe others’ rights;
• send spam, malware, or conduct network attacks (e.g. DoS), hacking, or fraud;
• distribute or access child sexual abuse material or other unlawful content;
• resell or abuse the Service, or circumvent usage/device limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it on an “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific speeds, or access to any particular server or content.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, software, and branding are owned by JaguarVPN or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps for personal, lawful use. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes update the version above and, where required, we will ask you to re-accept. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
