Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 July 2026 · v2026-07.2 · Version 2026-06
The agreement governing your use of JaguarVPN.
Effective: 2026-07-19
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Stacklab X Ltd (trading as JaguarVPN). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.
1. The Service
JaguarVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) applications and related services across web, Android, iOS, Windows and macOS.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. One person or entity per account.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions, billing & renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance via the payment method you choose (card, PayPal, crypto, or wallet). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid unless cancelled.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Statutory rights (including any UK cooling-off rights) are unaffected.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, to send spam, to attack or overload infrastructure, or to resell access without authorisation. See our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and modify features.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, software and brand are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps for their intended purpose.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". A VPN enhances privacy but is not a guarantee of anonymity or security against every threat.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach. On termination your right to use the Service ends; retention of records follows our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are notified and the effective date updated.
