Terms of Service

The agreement governing your use of JaguarVPN.

These Terms govern your use of JaguarVPN, operated by Stacklab X Ltd (UK). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. One person or entity per account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Plans, billing & renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Prices may change; we'll give notice and changes apply from your next renewal. Local pricing and taxes may apply.

3. Free trial

Where offered, the free trial is limited to one per person/account/device. We use anti-abuse signals to enforce this; attempts to obtain multiple trials (e.g. new accounts, different emails or devices) are not eligible.

4. Refunds

Direct purchases are covered by our Refund Policy: a 14-day money-back guarantee, limited to one refund per account. Store purchases follow the Apple/Google refund process.

5. Acceptable use & prohibited activities

You must use the Service lawfully and per our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include: copyright or trademark infringement and piracy (including infringing torrents/P2P), streaming or distributing pornography, gambling, hacking/malware/spam, and any illegal activity. If we detect or are credibly notified of such use, we may suspend or permanently block your account immediately, without prior notice and without a refund, and cooperate with lawful requests.

6. Affiliate programme

Participation in Refer & Earn is subject to the Affiliate Terms.

7. Service availability

We work hard for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after the effective date means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
