What this means
Because JaguarVPN keeps no activity logs, even a valid, compelled request cannot yield browsing history, DNS queries, or traffic contents — that data simply does not exist. Any future disclosures would be limited to minimal account metadata and only under valid legal process (see our Law Enforcement Request Policy).
Warrant canary
As of the effective date above, we have not received any secret order that we are prohibited from disclosing. The absence of a statement to the contrary in future reports may itself be informative.
